<br />approving the issuance and sale of Roseville's 8287
<br />$3,750,000 commercial development refunding revenue
<br />bonds (Oakcrest Office Plaza project), be adopted.

<br />request for a sign setback variance of fifteen (15)
<br />feet at 1315 W. Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the
<br />following conditions:

<br />That the sign be limited to eighty (80 ) square
<br />feet in area.
<br />That the maximum height of the sign be sixteen
<br />(16) feet.
