Larpenteur Avenue be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the sign be limited to eighty (80 ) square <br />feet in area. <br />That the maximum height of the sign be sixteen <br />(16) feet. <br />That there be no signs on the building. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4.
