<br />C-1 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that a work session COUNCIL
<br />be established on May 26, 1988, beginning at 8:30 WORK SESSION
<br />a.m. at the Roseville Holiday Inn, for the purpose of
<br />a Council/Staff retreat. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />D-1 No action taken on the letter from Tony starr, 1136 TONY STARR
<br />Ryan Avenue, regarding his request to purchase tax
<br />forfeit property.
<br />
<br />E-1 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that James Lai's JAMES LAI
<br />request for a minor variance at 1901 Roselawn Avenue
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, John-
<br />son, Kehr, and Rag. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Gail Anderson and GAIL ANDERSON
<br />Dian Fasse's request for a minor variance at 1858 DIAN FASSE
<br />Hamline Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, Kehr, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />E-3 Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that John Davie's JOHN DAVIES
<br />request for a shoreline permit at 767 Heinel Drive be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, and Rag. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Richard RICHARD
<br />Kotoski's request for a lot division at 2466 North KOTOSKI
<br />Dale Street be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That all buildings on the site be removed as
<br />proposed prior to sale of either of the lots.
<br />
<br />2. That a ten foot dedication be provided for Dale
<br />Street as proposed in the plat.
<br />
<br />3. That the northerly lot be reduced to eighty feet
<br />and the southerly lot increased to ninety feet.
<br />
<br />4. That driveway access to the southerly lot be from
<br />Transit Avenue only.
<br />
<br />5. That all unpaid special assessments be paid.
<br />

<br />E-5 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Dean McAllister/DEAN MCALLISTER
<br />Robert Michels request for a lot division at 818 and ROBERT MICHELS
<br />820 Millwood Avenue be approved with the following
<br />condition:

<br />That there be a minimum front yard setback of
<br />forty feet provided on each of the lots.
<br />
