Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, <br />Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />WELSH <br />COMPANY <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Welsh Company's <br />request for rezoning from R-l to SC at 1665 County <br />Road B-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance 1059, <br />rezoning property from R-1 to SC at 1665 County Road <br />B-2, be adopted with the provision that the rezoning <br />ordinance not be published until three anchors have <br />signed leases. Welsh Company has six months to <br />secure the aforementioned anchors. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />1059 <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Welsh Companies <br />request for Special Use Permit for a Planned unit <br />Development, variance to parking stall size require- <br />ments, and preliminary plat at 1665 County Road B-2 be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That an additional access be provided from County <br />Road B-2 by Ramsey County, as proposed. <br /> <br />2. That approval be obtained for the use of the land <br />for such access from the owners of Rosedale <br />(Equitable Life). <br /> <br />3. That the Snelling Avenue service road shall be <br />conveyed to the City of Roseville by the State, <br />and the City shall retain ownership, permitting <br />parking on the right-of-way by the property owner <br />as provided in the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />4. That American street be vacated as a public right- <br />of-way, subject to the approprIate easements and <br />approvals of the affected property owners, to <br />ensure continued use as an internal roadway. <br /> <br />5. That a final drainage plan be approved by the City <br />and the Rice Creek Watershed District relating to <br />the diversion of drainage to the City's facilities <br />east of Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />6. That grading, utilities, and streets be reviewed <br />and approved by the Engineering staff. <br />
