Roseville City council Minutes March 27, 1989 7. That final landscape plans and provisions for screening be reviewed and approved by city staff in consultation with the affected landowners. That landscaping and a fence, not more than ten feet or less than eight feet in height, be pro- vided along the north property line contiguous to the residential properties. The fence shall be built before other construction occurs. 8. That an additional eight and one-half feet of right-of-way be dedicated for County Road B-2. 9. That sidewalks be constructed on County Road B-2, and sidewalks be constructed from American street to the new access north of County Road B-2. 10. That deliveries to the Center, snow removal, trash removal, and street sweeping be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. 11. That resolutions vacating por~ions of Brooks Avenue, Frye street, and Bruce Avenue be prepared for consideration at a public hearing on April 24, 1989. 12. That approval of preliminary plat be subject to Engineering staff approval of all utilities, installation, and removal of other engineering details. 13. That the materials of the ramp be consistent with the exterior materials of the main building, that further study be completed regarding the feasi- bility of enclosing the lower portion of the north side of the ramp, and reviewing the most reasonable wall height on the upper level of the ramp to screen adjacent residences. 14. That screening walls of dumpsters and service areas be not less than ten feet high, and con- structed of materials similar to the materials of the building. 15. That handicap accessibility improvements be made to provide proper access to the theater. 16. That the development be constructed in accordance with the plans dated December 29, 1989, unless changed by these conditions. Page 4
