<br />Roseville City council Minutes <br />March 27, 1989 <br /> <br />7. That final landscape plans and provisions for <br />screening be reviewed and approved by city staff <br />in consultation with the affected landowners. <br /> <br />That landscaping and a fence, not more than ten <br />feet or less than eight feet in height, be pro- <br />vided along the north property line contiguous to <br />the residential properties. The fence shall be <br />built before other construction occurs. <br /> <br />8. That an additional eight and one-half feet of <br />right-of-way be dedicated for County Road B-2. <br /> <br />9. That sidewalks be constructed on County Road B-2, <br />and sidewalks be constructed from American street <br />to the new access north of County Road B-2. <br /> <br />10. That deliveries to the Center, snow removal, <br />trash removal, and street sweeping be limited to <br />the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />11. That resolutions vacating por~ions of Brooks <br />Avenue, Frye street, and Bruce Avenue be <br />prepared for consideration at a public hearing <br />on April 24, 1989. <br /> <br />12. That approval of preliminary plat be subject to <br />Engineering staff approval of all utilities, <br />installation, and removal of other engineering <br />details. <br /> <br />13. That the materials of the ramp be consistent with <br />the exterior materials of the main building, that <br />further study be completed regarding the feasi- <br />bility of enclosing the lower portion of the <br />north side of the ramp, and reviewing the most <br />reasonable wall height on the upper level of the <br />ramp to screen adjacent residences. <br /> <br />14. That screening walls of dumpsters and service <br />areas be not less than ten feet high, and con- <br />structed of materials similar to the materials of <br />the building. <br /> <br />15. That handicap accessibility improvements be made <br />to provide proper access to the theater. <br /> <br />16. That the development be constructed in accordance <br />with the plans dated December 29, 1989, unless <br />changed by these conditions. <br /> <br />Page 4 <br />
