<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that a hearing
<br />regarding Jade Palace request for On Sale and Special
<br />Sunday Liquor License at 2480 Fairview Avenue N. be
<br />established for the September 11, 1989 City Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Matson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8489,
<br />relating to apportionment of assessments on requested
<br />division of property by Ramsey County--Division No.
<br />DC062269--located at 2225 Ferris Lane, be adopted.

<br />request for final plat on the east side of 35W between
<br />County Roads C and D be continued to the October 9,
