<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />August 14, 1989 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Minnesota Sol- <br />vents and Chemicals Corporation request for Special <br />Use Permit at 2340 Rose Place be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />MINNESOTA <br />SOLVENTS AND <br />CHEMICALS <br />CORPORATION <br /> <br />1. That the required curb, gutter, front parking and <br />driveway areas be curbed and paved by the end of <br />1989. <br /> <br />2. That both containment areas be constructed by the <br />end of 1989. <br /> <br />3. That the remaining driveway area in the rear of <br />the yard be paved by the end of Calendar Year 1990. <br /> <br />4. That the drainage pond be constructed by end of <br />Calendar Year 1990. <br /> <br />5. That the existing containment area can continue to <br />be utilized pending review by the Engineering <br />staff with respect to the effectiveness of the <br />slope and the platform in terms of its ability to <br />contain spills. <br /> <br />6. That the railroad car area containment facility <br />be constructed and kept in compliance with applic- <br />able regulations. <br /> <br />7. That soil tests, as may be required by State law, <br />be conducted on site to analyze the potential of <br />existing contamination. The type of test, results <br />and possible actions shall be reviewed and approved <br />by City staff. <br /> <br />8. That a performance bond for the 1990 improvements <br />be issued to the City. The bond will be released <br />in increments as said improvements are completed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and <br />Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-4 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Chili's of Minne- <br />sota request for an On Sale and special Sunday Liquor <br />License at Rosedale Marketplace Shopping Center, Fair- <br />view and B-2, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, <br />Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CHILI'S OF <br />MINNESOTA <br /> <br />C-5 <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the hearing on <br />P-85-20C, East Cleveland Frontage Road, between West <br />Perimeter Road and County Road B-2, bituminous paving <br />and concrete curb and gutter, be continued to the <br />August 28, 1989 city Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, Matson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT <br />PUBLIC <br />HEARINGS <br />
