<br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Roseville
<br />Properties request for sign setback and sign area
<br />variances at 1955 W. county Road B-2 be continued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of April 23, 1990.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the city Manager
<br />and Mayor be authorized to sign a Subordination Agree-
<br />ment for Lexington Shoppes Limited Partnership. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Daniel and Robin
<br />Lindorfer's request for a two foot variance at 2050 N.
<br />Chatsworth be approved in accordance with the City's
<br />policy concerning minor variances for driveway side
<br />yard setbacks. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that an Agreement
<br />between Ramsey County and the City of Roseville for a
<br />recycling grant, in the amount of $158,360.00, for
<br />Calendar Year 1990 be approved, and authorizing the
<br />Mayor and City Manager to sign said Agreement. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the following
<br />donations related to the Harriet Alexander Nature
<br />Interpretive Center from the Central Park Foundation
<br />be approved:

<br />1. Construction and installation of $5,000.00
<br />countertops and cabinets ($1,000 was
<br />donated by the Roseville VFW).
<br />
<br />2. Flooring materials for reception area, $2,800.00
<br />kitchen, and workroom.
<br />
<br />3. Installation of seven bollards to $ 8,950.00
<br />light path from Nature Center to
<br />parking lot.
<br />
<br />4. Purchase and installation of fire- $ 2,122.00
<br />place.

<br />by Tanurb Corporation for sponsorship of the "Run for ROSES
<br />the Roses" event which is part of the annual Rosefest
