B-11 Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the licenses be approved, with the stipulation that licenses be subject to applicable ordinances. B-12 Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that the following checks and total amounts be approved: Check No. 9128 - 9151 10860 - 11008 11010 - 11130 $197,866.68 $ 69,980.35 $185,383.80 Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. C-l HEARINGS Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the hearing con- cerning ordinance changes to implement design stan- dards be continued to the regular City council meeting of April 23, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. C-2 Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that BRA Partners request for a Special Use Permit for site plan approval at 2335 W. Highway 36 be approved with the following conditions: 1. That there be review and approval of final drain- age, utilities, utility abandonment, grading, and other engineering details by City staff. 2. That there be city staff approval of final land- scape plans and that three percent of the parking area be landscaped. 3. That there be construction of a sidewalk or escrow funds for a sidewalk along Fulham street, except the northerly two lots. 4. That there be an agreement regarding use of city land on the west end of the site (contiguous to Fulham Pond). There should be no improvements on City land absent such an agreement. 5. That there be final approval of exterior lighting plans by City staff. 6. That there be an erosion control plan filed with and approved by the city. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog.
