Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, <br />Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that BRA Partners <br />request for a Special Use Permit for site plan <br />approval at 2335 W. Highway 36 be approved with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be review and approval of final drain- <br />age, utilities, utility abandonment, grading, and <br />other engineering details by City staff. <br /> <br />2. That there be city staff approval of final land- <br />scape plans and that three percent of the parking <br />area be landscaped. <br /> <br />3. That there be construction of a sidewalk or escrow <br />funds for a sidewalk along Fulham street, except <br />the northerly two lots. <br /> <br />4. That there be an agreement regarding use of city <br />land on the west end of the site (contiguous to <br />Fulham Pond). There should be no improvements on <br />City land absent such an agreement. <br /> <br />5. That there be final approval of exterior lighting <br />plans by City staff. <br /> <br />6. That there be an erosion control plan filed with <br />and approved by the city. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Rog.
