<br />C-3 Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8561A, RESOLUTION
<br />approving the modified development program relating to 8561A
<br />Development District No.1, adoption of the modified
<br />tax increment financing plans for Tax Increment Financ-
<br />ing Districts Nos. 1 through 10, and the establishment
<br />of Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 11 and 12,
<br />and approving the tax increment financing plans relating
<br />thereto, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Thomas, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />term on the Planning commission beginning April 1, 1990

<br />vice Commission, and directing staff to contact Council
<br />members to establish a date when all Council members are
