County Road <br />C be continued to the regular City Council meeting of <br />July 23, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, <br />Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Super America's <br />request for Special Use Permit for outside storage and <br />merchandising at 2785 Hamline Avenue be continued to <br />the regular City Council meeting of July 23, 1990. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, <br />and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that an ordinance <br />amendment to allow marinas as a special use in an R-1 <br />Zoning District be continued to the regular City <br />Council meeting of July 23, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Johnson seconded, that Ordinance 1077, <br />clarifying the standards which are applied when <br />reviewing outside storage and merchandising, be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, <br />Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that North Heights <br />Hardware, Inc. request for Special Use Permit for out- <br />side merchandising and display at 2611 Rice Street be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That outside merchandising and display be con- <br />ducted as shown on the approved plan. <br /> <br />2. That merchandise stored outside be consistent <br />with that listed in the letter from the applicant <br />dated May 29, 1990. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, <br />and Rog. That the height of the displays not exceed five <br />feet. <br /> <br />2. That the merchandise can be displayed 24 hours per <br />day. <br />
