<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8607, RESOLUTION
<br />approving the amended assessment roll for Project SS- 8607
<br />W-89-13, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cush-
<br />man, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />D. ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />D-l Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that a Council work COUNCIL
<br />session be established for Tuesday, September 4, 1990, WORK SESSION
<br />at 7:30 a.m., to be held at Roseville City Hall, for
<br />the purpose of conducting a routine evaluation of the
<br />performance of the City Manager. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />D-2 Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8608 RESOLUTION
<br />authorizing implementation of Phase I of the Community 8608
<br />Development Department's reorganization, be adopted.

<br />F-l Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Leonard Eichten's LEONARD
<br />request for a lot division at 1974 Hamline Avenue be EICHTEN
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />September 24, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />request for reconsideration of a lot division at 457
<br />County Road B-2 West be approved and that a public
<br />hearing be set for the September 24 Council Meeting.

<br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Donald Robert's
<br />request for a lot division at 222 W. McCarrons
<br />Boulevard be approved with the following conditions:

<br />1. That the fence which is located within the
<br />McCarrons Street right-of-way at the southeast
<br />corner of the site be removed at the time a
<br />building permit is issued for construction of
<br />the house on Tract B.

<br />2. That driveway access, shoreline setback, and
<br />erosion control be reviewed in conjunction with the
<br />issuance of a building permit for the construction
<br />of the new house on Tract B.
