County Road B-2 be approved with the following conditions: JOHN AND CAROL ANDERT 1. That staff provide an analysis of the drainage issues to the Council. 2. That the house be constructed as shown on Figure 2 grading plan dated August 9, 1990, and that additional assessments be paid. Roll Call, Ayes: and Rog. Nays: Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, None. F-4 Cushman moved to continue the resolution to establish BOUNDARIES OF boundaries of Roselawn Cemetery and Temple of Aaron CEMETERIES Cemetery within the City to the regular city council meeting of October 22, 1990. Motion died for lack of a second. Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8616, RESOLUTION establishing boundaries of Roselawn Cemetery and 8616 Temple of Aaron Cemetery to coincide with the property currently owned by the cemeteries, be adopted. Johnson moved, Rog seconded, that the motion be amended by inserting that boundaries be established to allow some expansion of the developed area of the cemeteries but not the total property currently owned by the cemeteries. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson and Rog. Nays: Cushman, Maschka, and Thomas. Motion to amend defeated. Johnson moved, Rog seconded, that the motion be amended by excluding the Roselawn property on the west side of victoria. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson and Rog. Nays: Cushman, Maschka, and Thomas. Motion to amend defeated. Roll Call on the main motion that Resolution 8616, establishing boundaries of Roselawn Cemetery and Temple of Aaron Cemetery to coincide with the property currently owned by the cemeteries, be adopted.
