<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8624,
<br />receiving a feasibility study for Project No. ST-P-SW-
<br />89-17, County Road B improvements, Dale street to a
<br />point 1,200 feet east of Rice street, be adopted and a
<br />public hearing be scheduled for the regular City
<br />Council meeting of December 10, 1990. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that an offer of
<br />$4,000 by the Bethel, Minnesota Fire and Rescue De-
<br />partment for the purchase of Roseville's 1962 Inter-
<br />national 1,500 gallon tanker be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and Rog.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Thomas Theisen/
<br />Welsh Company's request for Special Use Permit and
<br />license for an amusement room at Welsh Crossroad
<br />Shopping Center, 1655 County Road B-2, be continued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of November 26, 1990.

<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Rog seconded, that a resolution
<br />approving Project No. 89-16, Hamline Avenue improve-
<br />ments from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B, be
<br />amended to add "sidewalks on the east and west sides
<br />for the entire project length." Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Cushman and Rog. Nays: Johnson, Thomas, and Maschka.

<br />Thomas moved that a resolution approving Project No.
<br />89-16, Hamline Avenue improvements from Larpenteur
<br />Avenue to County Road B, be denied. Motion failed for
<br />lack of a second.
