<br />C-7 Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Delores DELORES
<br />DeLaittre's application for On Sale and special Sunday DELAITTRE
<br />Liquor Licenses at 2100 N. Snelling Avenue, Delores
<br />DeLaittre's application for renewal of On Sale and
<br />Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2100 N. Snelling
<br />Avenue, and Romeo Salsa's application for renewal of
<br />On Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2100 N.
<br />Snelling Avenue be continued to a Special Meeting of
<br />the city Council to be held on December 17, 1990.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />C-8 Johnson moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8631, RESOLUTION
<br />ordering Project ST-P-SW-89-17, reconstruction of 8631
<br />County Road B from Dale to a point 1,200 feet east of
<br />Rice, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />C-9 Johnson moved, Rog seconded, that a resolution, PROJECT
<br />ordering Project RW-P-90-16, construction of Lincoln RW-P-90-16
<br />Drive from Terrace Drive to County Road C-2, and re-
<br />construction of County Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to
<br />Snelling Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: John-
<br />son and Rog. Nays: Thomas, Maschka, and Cushman.

<br />C-IO Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8632, RESOLUTION
<br />approving Redevelopment Plan and Industrial Develop- 8632
<br />ment District No. 1 Plan and establishing a Redevelop-
<br />ment Project Area and Industrial Development District
<br />No.1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that amendments to
<br />Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment
<br />Financing Districts Nos. 1 through 12 be continued to
<br />a special city Council meeting on Monday, December 17,
<br />beginning at 5:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas,
<br />Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />2. saturday, January 5, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., work
<br />session at a location to be determined, to discuss
<br />1991 Goals and Objectives.
