<br />for the process for selecting and retaining Property
<br />Appraisers and Right-of-way Acquisition Specialists be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas,

<br />authorized to prepare and sign the 1991 Police
<br />Sergeants' contract, and to make the required retro-
