<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolltion
<br />9096, submitting the proposed property tax le\y on
<br />real estate to the Ramsey County Auditor, in the
<br />amount of $7,815,080 for the Fiscal Year begirning
<br />January 1, 1995, and ending December 31, 1995, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolltion
<br />9097, directing the County Auditor to adjust the
<br />proposed tax levy for bonded debt, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goede~e, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />9098, approving the proposed 1995 Annual Budget for
<br />the city of Roseville, in the amount of $27,7~3,740,

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolltion RESOLUTION
<br />9099, approving the dates for the tax hearings for the 9099
<br />1995 proposed levy for the City of Roseville es
<br />November 30, 1994, at 7:00 p.m.; with a contiruation
<br />hearing, if necessary, scheduled for December 7, 1994,
<br />at 7:00 p.m.; and an adoption hearing set for December
<br />12, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Jotnson.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Mayor Johnson congratulated Council Member Pat Johnson
<br />and her husband on having recently celebrated their
<br />40th wedding anniversary.
<br />
<br />George Merrill, of 2769 Griggs street N, stated his
<br />concerns and complaint about the loudness of the sound
<br />system coming from the Oval which, he said, cculd be
<br />heard at his home over a block away, and askee Council
<br />to take the matter under advisement.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Naftalia Alkali's
<br />request for a Special Use Permit for a light cutomo-
<br />bile repair facility at 3114 N. Lexington Averue be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, September 26, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that consieeration
<br />of amendments to the Shoreland Management Ordinance
<br />be continued to the regular city Council meeting of
<br />Monday, September 26, 1994. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski,
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.
