<br />Door Company's request for variance to the zoning
<br />ordinance to construct an addition at their facility
<br />at 2645 and 2655 N. Fairview Avenue be continued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of Monday, October

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Metro Paper
<br />Recovery's request for an Interim Use for outdoor
<br />storage for three years, located at 2785 N. Fairview
<br />Avenue, be approved. After three years, due to street
<br />construction and other delay, Metro Paper Recovery may
<br />be allowed to extend the Interim Use annually (upon
<br />application to the City) for a term consistent with
<br />the development of the site and the City plans for
<br />road extensions in the area.
