Aldine, stated his objections to <br />Item D-3, exemption of the Local Government Aid <br />(LGA)/Homestead and Agricultural Credit Aids (HACA) <br />offsets on the city's Hazardous Materials Subsoil <br />District. He also asked how a citizen can ask for a <br />referendum or initiative. <br /> <br />Mayor Johnson formally announced he is selling his <br />home at 1707 Lydia Avenue, in Roseville. <br /> <br />Council Member Mastel expressed her support of the <br />youth of the city and extended her congratulations to <br />the Roseville Cross-country Ski Team who won the state <br />AA Division. She and Council Member Goedeke also <br />extended congratulations to Debbie Thompson, a <br />Roseville gymnast who won the Class AA All-round <br />Individual Championship. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded~ that Robert <br />Ginsberg's request for Special Use Permit for the Bon <br />Jour Bagel Bakery and Cafe at 2401 Fairview Avenue be <br />withdrawn. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, P. <br />Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Harstad <br />Homes, Inc. request for concept approval of a Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) , consisting of 38 townhomes, a <br />rezoning from R-1 to Residential Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment and preliminary and final plat approval on land <br />generally located west of the intersection of Owasso <br />Boulevard South and Western Avenue, and a change in <br />the Comprehensive Plan map designation of the site <br />from Low Density Residential to Medium Density <br />Residential, be continued to the regular City Council <br />meeting of Monday, March 27, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Roseville <br />Area High School and Grace Church of Roseville request <br />for the vacation of Dellwood street and a variance to <br />the setback requirements of the zoning ordinance at <br />2365 Dellwood Street be continued to the regular city <br />Council meeting of Monday, March 27, 1995.
