<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that signcrafters,
<br />Inc. request for a variance to the zoning ordinance at
<br />2105 N. Snelling Avenue be continued to the regular
<br />City Council meeting of Monday, March 27, 1995. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and
<br />v. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Abra, Inc. request
<br />for a special Use Permit for the operation of an
<br />automotive wholesale fleet repair and reconditioning
<br />facility at 2033 W. county Road C-2 be approved with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />
<br />ABRA, INC.
<br />
<br />1. That it be limited to fleet repair with no retail
<br />activity.
<br />
<br />2. That no outside storage shall be permitted.
<br />
<br />3. That the paint booth inside the building will meet
<br />all State, Federal, and local air and environment
<br />quality regulations, and shall not have external
<br />paint or solvent odors.

<br />G-6 P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that Ken Kath's KEN KATH
<br />request for Special Use Permit for the rental and
<br />leasing of automobiles and Night Watchman's residence
<br />at 2611 Hamline Avenue North be continued to the
<br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, March 27,
<br />1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />wiski moved, V. Johnson seconded, that the 570 square
<br />foot Watchman's quarters be approved per the
<br />definitions as submitted by staff. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />wiski and V. Johnson. Nays: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and
<br />Mastel. Motion failed.

<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that staff and the
<br />City Attorney be authorized to review other
<br />ordinances, case law, the origins of the Night
<br />Watchman provisions in the ordinance, and prepare a
<br />definition of Night Watchman and Night Watchman's
<br />Quarters and submit this to the City Council for a
<br />change in the City Code. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.
