<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />March 27, 1995 <br /> <br />F-] <br /> <br />G. <br />G-1 <br /> <br />G-2 <br /> <br />G-3 <br /> <br />Mayor Johnson informed the public that he will not be <br />a candidate for Mayor when his term expires on <br />December 31, 1995. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Roseville Area <br />High School and Grace Church of Roseville's request <br />for the vacation of Dellwood Street and a variance to <br />setback requirements of the Zoning Ordinance at 2365 <br />Dellwood Street be continued to the regular City <br />council meeting of Monday, July 24, 1995. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Judith Bennett's <br />request for division of platted lot at 565 W. County <br />Road B-2 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Arthur Mueller's <br />request for vacation of easement at 2241 Ferris Lane <br />be continued to the regular City council meeting of <br />Monday, April 10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />MAYOR JOHNSON <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE AREA <br />HIGH SCHOOL <br />AND GRACE <br />CHURCH <br /> <br />JUDITH BENNETT <br /> <br />ARTHUR MUELLER <br /> <br />G-4 Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Signcrafters, Inc. SIGNCRAFTERS, <br />request for approval of a sign permit at 2105 N. INC. <br />Snelling Avenue be continued to the regular City <br />Council meeting of Monday, April 10, 1995. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-5 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Simpson Leasing's <br />request for a Special Use Permit at 2845 Hamline <br />Avenue North be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That there be no more than five vehicles for lease <br />at the site. <br /> <br />2. That there be no maintenance or cleaning of the <br />vehicles on the site. <br /> <br />3. That there be no storage of trailers or dollies at <br />the site. <br /> <br />4. That the five spaces for the lease vehicles be <br />located as shown in the proposal presented to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />5. That there be no fencing. <br /> <br />6.
