Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />9322D <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed for a 10 minute break at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting was reconvened at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br />H-5 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance to rezone the site at 2180 RAMSEY <br />Hamline Avenue from R-l to PUD be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, COUNTY <br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: Goedeke. Motion failed. LIBRARY <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Bruce Thompson/Ramsey County <br />Library request for PUD approval for a retail coffee shop within the Ramsey <br />County Library at 2180 Hamline Avenue be continued to the regular City <br />Council meeting of Monday, September 9, 1996 to allow more time for public <br />input. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />H-6 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Scott Wicklund's request to withdraw <br />his application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a truck and trailer rental <br />business at 1450 W. County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, <br />Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />SCOTT <br />WICKLUND <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Scott Wicklund's request to withdraw <br />his application for a variance to the Zoning Code for outside storage at 1450 W. <br />County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and <br />Wall. <br /> <br />H-7 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9322E, approving Richard RESOLUTION <br />Willey's request for a Conditional Use Permit for exterior storage facilities at 9322E <br />Midway Marine, 1945 Rice Street, be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />I. That the permit shall be for display purposes only. No storage or <br />other accessory use of the portable facilities shall be allowed. <br /> <br />2. That all building setback requirements for structures shall be complied <br />with. <br /> <br />3. That a site plan shall be filed with the City of Roseville, prior to Council <br />approval, illustrating where the outdoor display will be located, <br />delineating site parking and an organized location for the storage of boats <br />waiting repair. <br />
