<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1200, establishing a local ORDINANCE
<br />lodging tax of 3 percent as permitted by Minnesota State Statutes 469.109, with 1200
<br />the effective date of July 1, 1998, and adding Chapter 312 to the City Code of
<br />the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Item K-3, authorization to advertise bids
<br />for the expansion of the Roseville Skating Center, become Item K-2 on the

<br />K-3 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to enter R. A. MORTON
<br />into an agreement with R. A. Morton to provide Construction Manager services
<br />as outlined in their response to the RFP, with no compensation if the project is
<br />not approved and no cost for the pre-bid services if the bids exceed the Morton
<br />cost estimates. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Item F-4 under REPORTS AND
<br />RECOMMENDATIONS, authorization to complete final plans and
<br />specifications and to advertise for bids for the completion of Langton Lake
