<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that George Hernandez' request for a minor
<br />variance at 2360 Cohansey Street, to increase the allowed size of one detached
<br />accessory building to 576 square feet for the purpose of constructing a 24' x 24'
<br />storage building, and waive the driveway requirement, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka.

<br />Wall moved, Wi ski seconded, that Diana Moss and Mary Needham's request
<br />for a minor variance at 182-184 Skillman Avenue West, to reduce the setback
<br />of an accessory building to 3 feet for the purpose of constructing a single stall
<br />detached garage (14' x 22') to increase the size of the rear yard building area to
<br />26 percent and approve a variance to extend a nonconforming driveway, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />Abstain: Maschka.

<br />Wall moved, Wi ski seconded, that David Jenkins' request for a minor variance
<br />at 1747 Chatsworth Street North, to reduce the side yard setback to 3 feet and
<br />the rear yard setback to 23 feet for the purpose of constructing a two car
<br />attached garage, and a variance to reduce the driveway setback to 2 feet for the
<br />purpose of bringing an existing driveway into compliance be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka.

<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Randall Dyson's request for a minor
<br />variance to allow the continuance of a boulevard parking space at 2474
<br />Churchill Street North, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel. Nays: Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Motion failed.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that TSE, Inc., 2027 Rice Street, request for
<br />renewal of their Premise Permit to conduct charitable gambling activities at
<br />01' Mexico, 1754 Lexington Avenue, for a two year period be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, and Goedeke. Nays: Wall.
