<br />H-l Maschka moved, Wall seconded, that Ordinance 1203, establishing Special ORDINANCE
<br />Service District No.1 within the City limits of the City of Roseville, for the 1203
<br />Roseville Shopping Center owned by Bradley Real Estate, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: Wiski.

<br />H-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the bid of the work items for Roseville ROSEVILLE
<br />Shopping Center Redevelopment Special Service District No. 1 be authorized. SHOPPING

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Ryan Companies request for a
<br />minor subdivision to allow the recombination of Lots 3, 4, and 5 of Block 1,
<br />Centre Pointe Business Park into three parcels as described and illustrated on
<br />the drawings and legal descriptions dated April 20, 1998 or as corrected,
<br />subject to review by the City Attorney, Engineer, and subject to vacation and
<br />relocation of City utility, pathway, drainage, and ponding easements within
<br />Lots 3, 4, and 5, and expansion of the storm water easement be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that Hess Kline's request for a minor sub-
<br />division to subdivide a 3.68 acre parcel into two parcels south of County Road
<br />C-2 be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, June 8, 1998.

<br />H-5 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9551, authorizing the issuance RESOLUTION
<br />of $27,000,000 Housing Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds for College 9551
<br />Properties, Inc., Series 1998, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the Amended and Restated Development
<br />Agreement between the City of Roseville and College Properties, Inc. be
<br />approved with an arbitration clause added. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />The Council took a 10 minutes recess at this time.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (Continued, if necessary)
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the demolition and removal of buildings
<br />and debris done on May 18, 1998, in the amount of $7,000 by Ray Anderson &
<br />Sons, at the 1966 Chatsworth Park property because of public safety concerns
<br />be approved, with the funds to be taken from the Recreation Infrastructure Fund.
