<br />Isaacs, Facilities Development, Metro Transit, discussed
<br />experience with the revised bus routes in Roseville, ridership,
<br />hours of operation and fares. They also overviewed a transit
<br />proposal to expand and enhance the transit hub at Rosedale.
<br />Schwartz thanked all presenters and indicated staff would be
<br />back with the City Council as projects came forward.

<br />A.Communications and Public Comment
<br />A-1Dick Lambert made three requests relating to the ethics
<br />investigation of his complaint:
<br />1.Council should task the Ethics Commission with
<br />recommending changes to the Ethics Resolution and
<br />complaint process.
<br />2.Should empower the Ethics Commission with subpoena
<br />power.
<br />3.Should revise the Roseville Ethics Resolution.
<br />Mastel suggested that the Ethics Commission should review the
<br />Ethics Resolution. Goedeke commented on the Ethics
<br />Commission. Kysylyczyn responded that the City Council would
<br />address this issue next year.
