Each application for permit shall show the correct legal descrip- <br />tion of the property. <br /> <br />2-5· Application for permit shall be accompanied by three copies of a lot <br />plan Rhowing the correct location of the proposed building with respect <br />to the lot lines and also the correct location of all other buildings <br />either on or proposed to be constructed on the lot. This plan shall also <br />show the proposed location of water supply, sanitary facilities and pro- <br />posed disposal of surface water. <br /> <br />2~6. The inspector shall examine and approve all plans and specifioations <br />before permits are issued. <br /> <br />2-7. If an examination of the application, plans and specifications in- <br />dicate that the provisions of this code and the ;oning plan are complied <br />with, the inspector shall issue a permit therefor. <br /> <br />2-8. One set of plans for the proposed construction, together with the <br />specifications therefor, shall be returned to the applicant and shall be <br />kept at the place where the work is being done until its completion.' <br /> <br />2-9· One set of plans for the proposed construction, together with the <br />specifications therefor, shall remain with the inspector and be open for <br />public inspection. <br /> <br />2-10. One copy of the lot plan (See Section 2, Paragraph 5) shall be re- <br />turned to the applicant and be kept at the place where the work is being <br />done until its compl~tion. <br /> <br />2-11. The second copy of the lot plan shall remain with the inspector and <br />be. open for public inspection. <br /> <br />2-12. The third and final copy of the lot plan shall be filed in the office <br />of the clerk within ten (10) days of the issuance of any permit by the <br />inspector. <br /> <br />2-13. It shall be the duty of the building inspector, when permits are <br />issued, to ascertain by an examination of the plan of the proposed building <br />that the cost as shown by the applicant is correct, and to note such <br />cost on the application, with such other information as he may require, <br />and a fee of One and 50/100 Dollars ($1.50) per One Thousand Dollars ' <br />($1,000.00), or fractional part thereof, of such cost, shall be paid'to <br />the village at the time of issuance of the permit for any building or <br />structure, except as provided in , the following section. <br /> <br />2-14. Permits shall not be required for construction, repairs or <br />maintenance or for minor alterations made in accordance with this code, <br />provided that the cost of such construction, repairs or minor altera- <br />tions shall not exceed One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00). <br /> <br />2-15. The inspector will be required to collect a minimum fee of One <br />Dollar ($1.00) for any permit not specifically covered in Section 2-13. <br />
