Stucco shall be limited to cement stucco and shall be applied in <br />three (3) coats with a reasonable drying period of time between each coat. <br /> <br />4-52. All dwellings shall be provided with proper cornice or eave <br />gutters and metallic down-spouts ~or conducting water from the roof to <br />the ground in BUch manner as will protect the walls of the building from <br />damage - <br />
