<br />The side and rear yard setbacks shall be ten (10) <br />feet. Parking may occur within ten (10) feet of <br />a side or five (5) feet of a rear lot line. In <br />the case of corner or double frontage lots, the <br />front setbacks shall apply. <br /> <br />3) Building Design and Construction. In addition to <br />other restrictions of this ordinance and of the <br />building codes then in force in the City, the use, <br />construction, alteration or enlargement of any <br />building or structure within the Planned Office <br />District shall meet the following standards. <br /> <br />(a) All exterior wall finishes on any <br />building shall be one or a combination <br />of the following: <br />(i) face brick; <br />(ii) natural stone; <br />(iii)specially designed precast <br />concrete units if the surfaces <br />have been integrally treated with <br />an applied decorative material or <br />texture; <br />(iv) factory fabricated and finished <br />metal framed panel construction if <br />the panel materials are any of those <br />noted above; or <br />(v) glass or pre finished metal <br />(other than unpainted galvanized iron) . <br /> <br />(b) All subsequent additions, exterior <br />alterations and accessory buildings constructed <br />after the erection of an original building <br />or buildings shall be constructed of materials <br />comparable to those used in the original con- <br />struction and .shall be designed in a manner <br />conforming to the original architectural <br />design and general appearance. <br /> <br />4) Credit toward fulfilling the parking requirement <br />provisions of the City Code shall be given for <br />the retention of existing trees within planned <br />parking areas. The amount of credit shall be <br />equivalent to the number of spaces occupied <br />by said trees. <br /> <br />5) Existing trees shall not be removed unless permitted <br />as shown on an approved site plan. <br /> <br />6) No limit shall be placed on the height of buildings <br />in the B-6 District. However, buildings over forty <br />
