If the grading Hork is found to conform with the approved plan, <br />the developer shall be required to deposit with tbe Village Counclil <br />sufficient money or a performance bond to guarantee the paymont for the <br />stabilization of the grade with asphaltic road oil in accordance v-rith the <br />specifications for street stabilization with bituminous material which <br />have been made a part of these regulations. <br /> <br />SECTION 3h <br /> <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET ST1\BILI7i\TION <br />CUTBACK ASPHALT <br /> <br />SECTION 35 <br /> <br />ENGINEER <br />All of the work to be done under these sp~cifications shall be under the <br />direction of a registered civil engineer appointed by the governing <br />authorities of the municipality in v-rhich the work is Imcated. This <br />enginoer shall have authority to make all necessary decisions relative <br />to this work. His interpretation of any plans or specifications in con- <br />ncdtion therclJitb shall be final. The engineer shan be responsible <br />only to the governing body of the municipality.
