<br />288 <br /> <br />public street upon which there are buildings within 200 feet of said bill- <br />board or sign used exclusiVely for residence purposes, the applicant must <br />fi~e with his application for his permit and with each application for re- <br />newal of license, the consent, in writing of the owners or duly authorized <br />agents of the owners of a {iajority of frontage of said residential property <br />within 200 feet of said proposed billboard or sign. The applicant shall <br />also obtain and file with the application for a permit to construct, the <br />WL'itten consent of the owner or owners, lessor or lessors, of the premises <br />upon which such billboard or sign is to be erected. No ap(,lication for the <br />erection or maintenance of a billboard or sign shall be considered unless it <br />is apponpanied by these oonsttnts. <br /> <br />6-96C No billboard or siGn shall exceed 25 feet in height above the ground (except <br />those placed on top of buildings) and every billboard or sign constructed on <br />the ground shall have an opening of at least 2 feet between the lower edge <br />thereof and the ground, which space shall bot be closed in any manner. <br /> <br />6-96D No billboard shall approach at any point nearer than 6 feet to any building <br />or the side of any lot or nearer than 15 feet to any street line and hereafter <br />if the established or oustornary uniform building line upon the st~et where <br />such billboard or sign shall be erected is more than 15 feet from the street <br />or property line, then said billboard or sign shall not approach nearer the <br />street than the established or oustolllal!Yuniform building line. <br /> <br />6-96E No billboard or sign shall exceed 800 sEluare feet in area, provided that <br />when said billboard or sign shall be composed of three sections comprised of <br />one center section and two wing sections of continuous construction, it may <br />by composed of three sections of not exceeding 250 square feet each. <br /> <br />6-96F Any and an billboards or signs hereafter erected, constructed, altered or <br />moved, shall be constructed in such a manner and of such material that they <br />shall be safe and substantia1~ All posts shall be set 3 feet in the earth and <br />in concrete foundation not less than 2 feet square and 3 feet deep. <br /> <br />PLUMBING AND WATER SUPPLY <br /> <br />6-97 Except as specifidally stated herein, the Inspector shall follow and enforce <br />thtLprovisions of the Hinnesota Plumbing Code as ameruied in 1951. <br /> <br />6-98 The type, construction and location of wells shall be in accordance with the <br />recommendations of the Minnesota State Board of Health as outlined in their <br />bulletins, Small Water Supplies and Sewage Systems. <br /> <br />6-99 Outside toilets, when permitted, or cess pools shall not be closer to well, <br />from which drinking water is obtained, than fifty (50) feet. <br /> <br />6-100 The construction or placing of outside toilets shall be pernutted only through <br />special action by the building inspector and such special permission, when <br />given, shall be for a limited length of time/ <br /> <br />6-101 Every fixture trap shall be protected against siphonage and back pressure, <br />and air circulation assur~d by means of a soil or waste stack vent, a con- <br />tinuous waste or soil vent, or a loop or circuit...vent.
