Section XI. Male-Female Animals. My person or persons who shaJ..l let any male animal to any female animal \1i thin the limits of said village, unless in some enclosed place out of view, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Section XII. Trespassing. No person shall tespass on the private premises of others in said Village of RoseviU.. Section XIII. Loitering After Midnight, Etc. No person shall loiter about the streets after midnight and lie in wait or concealment in said Village of Rosevi1le, or consort with thieves, prostitutes or other questionable characters. Section XIV. Drinking on Streets. No person sha.11 upon the public streets, lanes or alleys of said village, or being a trespasser upon the private premises of another, drink beer or other intoxicating beverages. Section XV. Trespassing in Box Cars, Barns. No person being a trespasser shall sleep or lie concealed in any box car, bern or any ether private premises in said Village of l'losevUle. Section XVI. Dangerous Weapons Prohibited. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale, give e:w!3:1, or have in possession any knife, dagger, stiletto or other similar devioe of the type cormnonly known as a switch blade knife, spring blade kn:tfe, or push-button knife. Possession is Prima Facie. Possession of any one of the types of knives, daggers or stilettos defined in paragraph one of this Section XVI shall be prima facie evidence that such possession is unlaw:f'ul, and that such possession is had for the purpose and with intent to violate this Section. It is hereby made the duty of every police officer of the VilJage of Rosevi11e to enforce this se ction. Search Warrants. Upon comp1a.int before a judge of the municipal court of the Village of Roseville, charging any person with selling or keeping, or having in possession for sale, or having in possession in any place or on any premises, any knife, dagger, stiletto or other similar device of the type commonly knolln as a alli tch blade knife, spring blade knife, or push-button knife, and particularly describing the premises or place to be searched, and the things to be seized, the judge, in addition to issuing a warrant for the arrest of such person, shall also issue !l search warrant, commanding an officer to search such premises or place, and seize and hold, subject to the a'der of the court, aD.y and all of the aforesaid devices found therein, and make an inventory of the same, and serve a copy thereof, forthwith, on the defendant or person in charge of the premises; provided, ha"rever, that the fail1m to make, file or serve any such inventory shall not invalidate or in any way affect the
