with Edgewater Avenue for the purpose of lifting the sewage from the streets tributary thereto and in addition the sewage discharged from the Village of Roseville into Arden Hills sewers located on Asbury street, Ridgewood Road and Snelling Avenue. The Village of Arden Hills will also construct the cast iron force main from subject lift station to the intersection of County Road "D" and Snelling Avenue. The Village of Arden Hills will also construct sanitary sewers on Snelling Avenue, Ridgewood Road and Asbury Avenue to receive sewage from adjoining sewers within the Village of Roseville. The area within Roseville to be served by said lift station is the area that is described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the NW corner of Section 3, T29, R23; thence southerly along the W line of said Section 3 approximately 1533' to the SW corner of the NW-i- of the NWt of the NW-i- approxi- mately 100' to a point on the center line of S.T.H. 51-125 as it now exists; thence northeasterly along the center line of said S.T.H. 51-125 approximately 1290 feet; thence south 550 0' East 280 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 18, Roseville Terrace Plat B;thence Northeasterly along the South- east line of said Lot 1, 110.1 feet; thence Easterly along the South line of Lots 1, 3 and part of Lot 4, of Block 19, Roseville Terrace Plat 9, approximatelY 215 feet; thence Easterly along the south line of the easterly portion of Lot 4, and Lots 5, 6 and 7 of said Block 19, 292.5' to the southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 7; thence northerly along the east line of said Lot 7 and the east line of Lot 17, Block 20, Roseville Terrace Plat 9 340' to the northeast corner of said Lot 17, thence easterly 200'; thence northerly along the east line of Lot 8 of said Block 20 169.l.t.6' to the N line of said Section 3; thence westerly along the N line of said Section 3 approximately 1740' to the point of beginning. The Village of Arden Hills agrees to complete the construction of aforesaid lift station on or before January 1, 1960, together with the aforementioned force main and appurtenant sewers to receive the sewage from'the adjacent Roseville streets. The Village of Roseville agrees to pay to the Village of Arden Hills on or before January 1, 1960, a sum equal to one-third of the cost of subject lift station, which sum shall not exceed the amount of $7,500.00. This sum shall represent the reasonable share of the cost of the lift station to be utilized by the Village of Roseville. The Village of Roseville as a part of its obligations herein shall construct the cast iron force main on County Road "D" from Snelling to Hamline Avenue to connect directly to the force main constructed by the Village of Arden Hills. The Village of Roseville shall also construct a sewer on County Road nD" between Snelling and Hamline Avenues which sewer shall lie both within the Village of Roseville and the Village of Arden Hills.
