SECTION IX. That said Village of Roseville shall have the right at all reasonable times and by the exercise of all reasonable procedures and facilities to inspect, explore and survey all or any part of said Village of Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system as the same shall be constructed or extended or otherwise altered in the future. This inspection shall be made to permit compliance by the Village of Rosevi1le with City of St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725 and to insure compliance of the Village of Arden Hills with this Ordinance. This permission granted to the Village of Roseville shall also permit the City of st. Paul to make such inspections as said City of st. Paul shall request or deem necessary. Village of Arden Hills agrees that where .Arden Hills sewers or sewer connections are found to be lacking in conformity to all regulations pertaining thereto that the Village of Arden Hills will take appropriate action to the end of effecting the elimination of all nonconformities. SECTION X. That said Village of Arden Hills shall be obligated to compile and maintain as a part of its public records at all times available to the Village of Roseville a complete, accurate, and current system of records showing the location and size of its public sanitary sewer system together with extensions or alterations and showing the location, size, and nature of each sewer and sewer service connection and water service meter or private well supply system connected therewith. The Village of Arden Hills will also maintain a complete and accurate listing of all service connections and water service meters and private water supply systems pertinent thereto stating the location, size and nature of constructions, the character of same, both accurately and completely reflective of such facts at all times, and that said Village of Arden Hills shall within 60 days after the completion of the construction of any portion of said public sanitary sewer system furnish a certified counterpart of said map and certified counterpart of said listing, both in duplicate, to the Village of Roseville. That the Village of Arden Hills quarterly thereafter as of January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year within 15 days after each respective date shall complete and draft supplemental maps and listings showing the then current situation containing comparable data pertaining to its public sanitary sewer system and all service connections and water service meters and private well supply systems therewith together with the date of such unreported extensions, additions, or alterations in respect to said public sanitary sewer system and such service connections therewith and thereupon deliver same in duplicate to the Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville. SECTION XI. That said Village of Arden Hills shall be obligated to save said Village of Roseville and said City of St. Paul harmless from any damage, cost, or expense, and fully indemnify said Village of Roseville and said City of St. Paul against any and all liabilities sustained by reason of the connecting or maintenance of the connections hereunder between said public sanitary sewer systems or by reason of any damage caused, expense or loss that may be sustained by said Village of Arden Hills, its inhabitants or any other person or persons connected with the use of said Village of Arden Hills public
