<br />require extensive or unusual repairs over and above those which may <br /> <br />be met by the aforedescribed maintenance and operation charges or <br /> <br />where the aforementioned enlarged trunk sewer shall require extensive <br /> <br />or unusual repair over and above charges normally to be met by the <br /> <br />aforeeescribed maintenance and operation charges, that the Village <br /> <br />of Shoreview shall share in such repair costs to the extent and <br /> <br />proportion comparable with the volume of either of subject sewers <br /> <br />being utilized by that area of the Village of Shoreview being served <br /> <br />by connection approved herein. <br /> <br />In respect to the charges provided for in paragraph (B) hereof, <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville reserves the right exercisable not oftener <br /> <br />than once in each calendar year, through its Council, to institute <br /> <br />and conduct either upon its own initiative or upon petition of said <br /> <br />Village of Shoreview, such investigations as said Village Council of <br /> <br />Roseville shall deem necessary and expedient in the premises and <br /> <br />thereupon determine the reasonableness of the aforesaid charges or <br /> <br />that of any of the same, and revise or change such charges or any of <br /> <br />same as shall be required so that the same shall conform to those that <br /> <br />said village Council of Roseville shall determine and prescribe as <br /> <br />reasonable and applicable, provideq however, that before determining <br /> <br />and making any change in charges except as provided for in said <br /> <br />paragraph (b), the Village of Shoreview shall be given an opportunity <br /> <br />-6- <br />
