<br />to have its Councilor representative of its Council appear before <br /> <br /> <br />the Village Council of Roseville, or meet with the Village Council <br /> <br /> <br />of Roseville and present any pertinent evidence, statements or facts <br /> <br /> <br />as to what the village of Shoreview deems to be the reasonable charges. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION IV. <br /> <br /> <br />That said Village of Shoreview as a part of its obligations <br /> <br /> <br />hereunder, shall at its own cost and expense provide proper and <br /> <br /> <br />suitable sewage metering facilities and equipment to accurately and <br /> <br /> <br />constantly measure all sewage being discharged from the above des- <br /> <br /> <br />cribed portion of the Village of Shoreview into the Roseville Sanitary <br /> <br /> <br />Sewer System. To accomplish such measurellleDt of sewage, for the <br /> <br /> <br />connection at County Road "DII and Victoria, the Village of Shoreview <br />shall install in the Lift Station in Shoreview, installed to discharge <br />to County Road "D" and victoria, a suitable sewage meter equipped <br />with efficient remote registering mechani... for the constant and <br />accurate measuring, registering and recording of the volume of the <br />sewage as the same shall be discharged from the said V~age of <br />Shoreview Lift Station into the Village of Roseville Public Sanitary <br />Sewer System. In the event a gravity sewer connection is made <br />adjacent to the intersection of County Road liD" and Victoria in <br />lieu of a Lift Station, then the Village of Shoreview shall construct <br /> <br />and complete a suitable sewage meter station with meter equipment <br /> <br /> <br />to accomplish the metering of sewage in the same manner as provided <br /> <br /> <br />for the sewage lift station connection.
