<br />of sewage for the connection adjacent to the intersection of County <br /> <br />Road "0" and Churchill, the Village of Shoreview shall construct and <br /> <br />complete a suitable sewage meter station and shall install thereon <br /> <br /> <br />a suitable sewage meter equipped with efficient remote registering <br /> <br /> <br />mechanisms for the constant and accurate measuring, registering, <br /> <br />and recording of the volume of the sewage as the same shall be <br /> <br />discharged from said Village of Shoreview public sanitary sewer <br />system into the Village of Roseville public sanitary sewer system <br />at the aforedescribed pOint of connection. The plans and specifications <br />for the meter station, or stations, and the sewage meters installed <br /> <br /> <br />at each of the two aforesaid points of connection shall be in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with the plans and specifications therefor and as approved <br /> <br /> <br />~ the Village of Roseville. <br />That the volume of sewage to be discharged into the Village <br />of Roseville shall be constantly and accurately measured and recorded <br />~ subject sewer meters of the approved type within said lift station <br />and meter station, or stations~ the weekly readings of such registered <br />and recorded sewage volume discharge shall be made ~ the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville for the accurate determination of such sewage volume dis- <br /> <br /> <br />charge for each quarterly billing period. That the Village of <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville shall have access to aforesaid sewage meters within said <br /> <br /> <br />lift station and meter station, or stations, and that such sewage <br /> <br />meters shall be maintained in good working condition such that <br />sewage volumes may be measured accurately. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
