of the Village of Arden Hills described and authorized for connection with the Roseville sanitary sewer system by Village of Roseville Ordinance No. 283. Since such sewage must be lifted by Arden Hills to discharge into the Village of Roseville sanitary sewer system, the Village of Roseville shall reimburse the Village of Arden Hills for any such pumping on an actually connected individ- ual dwelling basis adequate to meet pumping costs for such actually connected properties. SECTION VI That said Village of Arden Hills shall not permit any connections to be made to its said public sanitary sewer system in respect to any property ly.ing beyond the limits of the area described in this Ordinance, and that no connection other than the hereinabove expressly approved connections shall be permitted and authorized without further express authorization therefor by the Council of the Village of Roseville and further by the Council of the City of St. Paul. SECTION VII That the Village of Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system as the same shall be connected and as the same shall be constructed with said Village of Roseville public sanitary sewer system, shall carry only sanitary sewage flow as limited to domestic and industrial waste from houses and other structures exclusive from storm and ground water drainage. That said Village of Arden Hills shall by the adoption and employment of suitable methods effect minimum acceptable standards as to the amount of infiltration of surface and ground water in respect to its public sanitary sewer system, and shall further prohibit the types of waste discharged into its public sanitary sewer system by compliance with appro- priate sections of Village of Roseville Ordinance No. 218 adopted on September 4, 1956, as amended, and as may be amended hereafter.
