constantly and accurately measured and recorded by subject sewer meter of the approved type within said lift station and meter station, the weekly readings of such registered and recorded sewage volume discharge shall be made by the Village of Roseville for the accurate determination of such sewage volume dis- charge for each quarterly billing period. That the Village of Roseville shall have access to aforesaid sewage meters within said lift station and meter station, and that such sewage meters shall be maintained in good working condition such that sewage volumes may be measured accurately. Where the aforedescribed pro- perties on County Road liD" between Fairview and Prior Avenues discharge directly into Roseville sewers and the sewage volumes therefrom are not measured at either of the above described measuring points, the volume of sewage from these unmetered connections shall be calculated to be the same as other similar Arden Hills pro- perties and the total volume calculated for these unmetered connections shall be added to the measured volumes of sewage to determine the net amount of sewage for calculation of possible additional volumetric charges as established in afore- said City of St. Paul Council Ordinance No. 10725, and as established in this Ordinance. SECTION V ) That said Village of Arden Hills shall in the future, upon written notification of the Village of Roseville, permit the discharge of sewage from the Village of Roseville into Arden Hills sewers at a point on Lakeview Avenue (County Road liD") approximately 200 feet west of Lexington Avenue. The area within Roseville to be served by such connection is as follows: That portion of Lots 9 and 10 of St. Paul Park (within NE 1/4 of Section 3, T 29, R 23) lying west of T.H. No. 10 (Lexington Avenue). The area of the Village of Arden Hills within which the sewers are located to receive sewage from subject Roseville described area lies within that portion - 8 -
