<br />employee works overtime on Saturday or Sunday, he shall be <br />paid a minimum of two hours' overtime pay. <br />253.050. Pay for Part-time Work. If an employee works <br />on a part-time basis, that is, less than the forty (40) hours <br />per week, his pay shall be based on the hourly rate computed <br />from the monthly rate for the position. <br />253.060. Termination. If an employee is terminated <br />prior to the completion of his original probationary period <br />or 1S discharged under 251.020 or 251.030, he shall receive <br />no pay for any accrued vacation leave or unused sick leave <br />benefits. <br />253.070. Resignation. When an employee resigns, he shall <br />receive pay for any unused vacation leave for which he has <br />accrued service credit; however, no payment shall be made for <br />unused sick leave benefits for which service credit may have <br />been accrued. <br />253.080. Indebtedness of the Village. If any employee <br />owes any money or leave time to the Village at the time of <br />his termination, his final pay will be applied against thjs <br />amount in whatever amount necessary to pay it off. A receipt <br />shall be given to the employee for the amount applied against <br />the debt. <br />253.090. Absence From Work. Except as provided in the <br />personnel ordinance, no employee shall be paid if absent from <br />work. <br />
