<br />110.130. WALLS AND CEILINGS. The walls and ceilings of <br /> <br />all rooms shall be kept clean and in good repair. The walls of <br /> <br />all rooms or areas in which food is normally prepared or multi- <br /> <br />use utensils are washed or hands are washed shall be easily <br /> <br />cleanable, smooth, light colored, and shall have washable <br /> <br />surfaces up to the highest level reached by splash or spray. <br /> <br />Washable acoustical materials which are easily cleanable may be <br /> <br />used on the ceiling, provided ventilation is adequate to minimize <br /> <br />grease and moisture absorption. Wall covering material shall be <br /> <br />securely sealed to the wall to prevent accumulations of grease <br /> <br />or insect harborage. Studs, joists, rafters, lattice work and <br /> <br />other decorative materials in dining or access areas shall be <br /> <br />smooth, or suitably finished and shall be kept clean. Light <br /> <br />fixtures, fans, hoods, filters and window sills shall be kept <br /> <br />clean. <br /> <br />110.140. SCREENING. All food preparation and service <br />areas accessible to flies during fly season shall have outside <br /> <br />openings such as doors or windows effectively screened and all <br /> <br />doors opening to the outside shall be self-closing, unless other <br /> <br />effective means are provided to prevent the entrance of flies. <br /> <br />110.150.. LIGHTING. All areas in which food is normally <br /> <br /> <br />prepared or stored or multi-use utensils are washed, handwashing <br /> <br /> <br />areas, dressing or locker rooms, toilet rooms, vestibules, and <br /> <br />10 <br />
