<br />110.170. DRESSING ROOM FACILITIES. II/here employees <br /> <br />routinely change outer garments within the establishment, facilities <br /> <br />shall be provided and used for the orderly storage of employees' <br />clothing and personal belongings. Such facilities shall be located <br /> <br />outside the food preparation, storage and serving areas, and multi- <br />use utensil w~shing area, provided that the Health Authority may <br />permit dressing roams in food storage rooms where only bottled or <br /> <br />completely packaged food is stored, and such facilities shall be kept <br /> <br />neat and clean. <br /> <br />110.180. HOUSEKEEPING. <br /> <br />All parts of the establishment <br /> <br />and its premises shall be kept neat, clean and free from litter and <br /> <br />rubbish. Cleaning operations shall be conducted in such a manner as <br />to minimize contamination of food and food-contact surfaces. It <br /> <br />shall be unlawful to conduct any of the operations connected with a <br />food establishment in any room used as a living or sleeping quarters, <br /> <br />and no food establishment may have direct access to any sleeping <br /> <br />quarters unless there is a solid partition separating such food <br /> <br />establishment from the living or sleeping quarters ffi1d connected only <br /> <br />by a full-sized, self-closing walk-in door, and provided further that <br /> <br />only the licensee and his immediate family shall occupy such living or <br />I <br /> <br />sleeping quarters. Soiled linens, coats and aprons shall be kept <br /> <br />in metal, plastic or other nonabsorbent, easily cleanable containers <br /> <br />until removed. However, cloth bags which are routinely laundered <br /> <br />may be used for the storage of soiled linens. No live birds or <br />animals shall be allowed in any area used for the conduct of food <br /> <br />service establishment operations. Guide do~s accompanying a blind person <br /> <br />-12- <br />
