Each food establishment <br />shall be provided with water flush toilet facilities that are <br />completely enclosed and which are corulected to a sewage system for <br />use of its patrons and employees. Such water flush toilets must <br />be convenient to patrons ffi1d employees, must be under the licensee's <br />control and' must be on the premises for which the license is granted. <br />Separate toilets must be furnished for each sex when five or more <br />er:1ployees of opposite sex ane on duty at anyone time. In every new <br />or remodeled toilet room mechanical ventilation must be installed <br />and used in a manner as to provide at least ten changes of air per <br />hour. Toilet seat and fixtures shall be of sanitary design, shall <br />be kept clean and in good repair. The doors of all toilet rooms <br />must be self-closing. If vestibules are provided, they must be well <br />lighted and kept clean. Handwashing signs shall be posted in the <br />employees' toilet room, directing them to wash their hands before <br />returning to work. <br /> <br />110.200. H~~ WASHING FACILITIES. Every food establish- <br />ment shall be provided with adequate, conveniently located hand <br />washing basins which have hot and cold water under pressure piped to <br />them and which are sewer connected, for both patrons and employees. <br />Soap or detergent and approved sanitary towels or other approved <br />hand drying devices shall be provided. In all new or remodeled food <br />establishments, conveniently located hand washing facilities must be <br />provided in areas where food is prepared.
