<br />5. HEALTH AUTHORITY shall mean the Health Officer <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville and/or his authorized representa- <br /> <br />tives. <br /> <br />6. CORROSION-RESISTANT MATERIAL shall mean a material <br /> <br />which maintains its original surface characteristics under <br /> <br />prolonged and repreated influence of the food, cleaning <br /> <br />compounds and other sanitizing solutions with which it may <br /> <br />come in contact. <br /> <br />7. EASILY CLEANABLE shall mean readily accessible and <br /> <br />of such material and finish, and so fabricated and placed that <br /> <br />residue which may accumulate can be completely removed by <br /> <br />normal cleaning methods. <br /> <br />8. EQUIPMENT shall mean stoves, ranges, hoods, meat <br /> <br />blocks, tables, counters, sinks, refrigerators, dishwashing <br /> <br />machines, slicers, mixers, steam tables and similar items <br /> <br />other than pots, pans and similar food storage containers <br /> <br />and food serving utensils. <br /> <br />9. FOOD shall mean any raw, cooked or processed <br /> <br />edible substance, beverage or ingredient used or intended <br /> <br />for use in whole, or in part for human consumption. <br /> <br />10. FOOD DISTRIBUTOR is any person engaged in <br /> <br />distributing food manufactured by others or by himself. <br /> <br />11. FOOD MANUFACTURER is any person engaged in the <br /> <br />manufacturing, compounding, intermixing or preparing of <br /> <br />food for human consumption. <br /> <br />12.
