<br />for heating purposes. <br /> <br />(2) "Dealer" means any person who sells or offers <br />for sale at retail any liquid fuel to consumers but does <br />not include persons employed as salesmen for dealers <br />duly licensed. <br /> <br />103.030. Vehicle Identification. Every dealer shall <br />display in a prominent place on each side of each vehicle <br />used for delivery of fuel such wording as will clearly <br />indicate the name of the licensee, which shall be printed <br />in letters not less than 3 inches in height. The dealer <br />shall also maintain within the vehicle around the person <br />of the driver the individual vehicle license. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Chapter 117 of the Village Code hereby is amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />117. Amusement Devices--Music Machines <br /> <br />117.010. License Required. No amusement device or <br />music machine shall be operated in the Village without the <br />owner or operator thereof being licensed as herein set forth. <br />The owner or operator of each device or machine must secure <br />a license known as an "operator's license" which operator's <br />license shall entitle the holder thereof to operate two <br />devices or machines. However, for the third such device or <br />machine thereafter which is operated by the licensed owner <br />or operator, a separate license for each such device or <br />machine shall be required. <br /> <br />117.020.
