<br />(1) An amusement device shall be any game, machine or <br />device that requires the payment of money to play the game <br />or operate the machine or device, and which is operated so <br />as to possibly reward the player or operator with additional <br />games or operations without additional payment of money. <br /> <br />(2) A music machine, including a so called "juke box" <br />shall be any machine or device that requires the payment of <br />money into a device or machine for the playing of music or <br />songs. <br /> <br />v. <br /> <br />Chapter 120 of the Village Code is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />120. Barber and Beauty Shops. <br /> <br />120.010. License. No person shall establish, operate <br />or maintain a barber or beauty shop without first obtaining <br />a license therefor. <br /> <br />120.020. Definition. <br /> <br />(1) Barber shop means a place of business where the <br />occupation of barbering is practiced. <br /> <br />(2) Beauty shop means a place of business where treat- <br />ment, styling or cutting of hair is performed. <br /> <br />120.030. Health and Sanitation Requlations. Each <br />licensee shall <br /> <br />(1) Maintain the floors, walls, furniture and <br />other fixtures in a clean condition. <br /> <br />(2) Not permit any person suffering from any com- <br />municable or infectious disease to act as a <br />barber, beautician or hair stylist. <br /> <br />(3) Maintain hair brushes, combs and all instru- <br />ments in contact with the customer in a <br />thoroughly clean condition. <br />
