<br />(5) Parking requirements for all Residence Districts: <br /> <br />(a) Where parking is allowed in yard setback <br />requirement of Residence Districts, no <br />parking or driveways shall be permitted <br />within fifty (50) feet of the normal high <br />wa ter line. <br /> <br />(b) Parking areas which serve buildings housing <br />three or more dwelling units which are <br />contiguous to lake shore shall be screened <br />with a four (4) foot wall of ma sonry or wood. <br />Such wall shall be at least 85% opaque. <br /> <br />(c) Surfacing and drainage of parking areas shall <br />be as required in Section 7 .l30 and Section <br />7 .l40 of the official Zoning Code. <br /> <br />93.110. Business and Shopping Center Districts. <br />Requirements for all "B" Business Districts shall be as per Section <br />8.00 Business Districts of the official Zoning Code, except for the <br />following requirements: <br /> <br />(1) "B-l, B-IB, B-2, B-3" Business Districts: <br /> <br />(a) Minimum lot area - 20,000 square feet <br />(b) Minimum lot width - l50 feet <br />(c) All structures, except boat houses, piers <br />and docks shall be set back from the <br />normal high water line 100 feet. <br /> <br />(2) "S-C" Shopping Center District: <br /> <br />(a) Minimum lot area - 40,000 square feet <br />(b) Minimum lot width - 200 feet <br />(c) All structures, except boat houses, piers <br />and docks shall be set back from the normal <br />high water line l50 feet. <br /> <br />(3) Parking and loading requirements for all Business <br />and Shopping Center Districts: <br /> <br />(a) Where parking and/or loading is allowed in <br />the yard setback requirements of a Business <br />Di strict, no parking, driveways or loading <br />areas shall be permitted within 100 feet of <br />the normal high water line. <br /> <br />-~- <br />
