<br />(b) Parking, driveways, loading areas which <br />serve Business uses, which are contiguous <br />to lakeshore shall be screened with a hedge, <br />berm or fence no le s s than five (5) nor more <br />than six (6) feet in height. Such wall shall <br />be at least 85% opaque. <br /> <br />(c) Surfacing and drainage of parking and loading <br />areas shall be as required in the official <br />Zoning Code. <br /> <br />93.130. Industrial Districts. Requirements for all <br />"I" Industrial Districts shall be as per Section 10.00 Industrial <br />Districts of tie official Zoning Code, except for the following <br />requirements: <br /> <br />(1) "I-I, I-2" Industrial Districts: <br /> <br />(a) Mini mum lot area - 1 acre <br />(b) Minimum lot width - 200 feet <br />(c) All structure s, except boathouse s, piers, <br />and docks shall be set back from the normal <br />high water line 150 feet. <br /> <br />(2) Parking and loading requirements for all Industrial <br /> <br />Districts: <br /> <br />(a) Parking or loading areas which are contiguous <br />to lakeshore shall not be permitted with 150 <br />feet of the normal high water line, except the <br />parking of passenger automobiles and drive- <br />ways may be permitted up to within 100 feet <br />of the normal high water line. <br /> <br />(b) Parking, driveways, and loading areas which <br />serve industrial uses which are contiguous <br />to lake shore shall be screened in accordance <br />to Section 10.260 of the Official Zoning Code. <br /> <br />93. 140. Natural Environmental Conservation Area <br />(NECA) Districts. NECA Districts are areas demonstrating <br />significant environmental, natural and biological characteristics <br />which produce a need to establish firmer development controls than <br />would normally be required. <br /> <br />(1) For purposes of this Chapter, such districts shall <br />only be designated when contiguous to a public body of water as <br />hereinbefore defined in Section 93.080 (7), or when contiguous to <br />any other lake, pond or wetland, by resolution of the City Council. <br /> <br />-7- <br />
