<br />(2) All future development occurring within or in a <br />portion of an area designated as a NECA District shall be subject to <br />a review and approval of a General Development Plan and subject <br />to a conditional use permit under standards as outlined in Section <br />93.170. <br /> <br />93.150. Water Supply. <br /> <br />(1) Any public or private supply of water for <br />domestic purposes must conform to Minnesota Department of <br />Health standards for water quality and public water supplies shall <br />be used where available and where fea sible. <br /> <br />(2) No person, firm or corporation shall install, alter, <br />repair or extend any private well without first obtaining a permit <br />therefore from the Chief Code Enforcement Officer for the specific <br />installation, alteration, repair or extension. <br /> <br />(a) Application for permits shall be made in <br />writing upon printed blanks or forms fur- <br />nished by the Chief Code Enforcement Officer <br />and shall be signed by the applicant. <br /> <br />(b) Each application for a permit shall have <br />thereon the correct legal description of the <br />property on which the proposed installation, <br />alteration, repair or extension is to take <br />place. Each application for a permit shall be <br />accompanied by a plan of the site of reasonable <br />scale and accuracy showing the location of <br />any proposed or existing buildings located on <br />the property with re spect to the boundary <br />lines of the property, and complete plans <br />of the proposed water supply system with <br />substantiating data, if necessary, attesting <br />to the compliance with the minimum standards <br />of this Chapter. A complete plan shall include <br />the location, size and design of all parts of the <br />well to be installed, altered, repaired or ex- <br />tended. The application shall also show the <br />present or proposed location of sewage dis- <br />posal facilities and the name cf the person, <br />firm or corporation who is to install the <br />system, and shall provide such further <br />information as may be required by the Chief <br />Code Enforcement Officer. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
