<br />I. Traditional Restaurant and/or cafeteria: Twelve (12) <br />spaces per one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor area or one <br />(1) space per 2.8 seats, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />L. Industrial Uses, including fabrication and/or processing of <br />a product or material: Four (4) spaces per principal use plus one (1) <br />additional space per eight hundred (800) square feet of gross <br />building area, plus one (1) space per two thousand five hundred (2,500) <br />square feet of land devoted to outside storage or one (1) space per <br />employee on the maximum design shift, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />Q. Nursing Homes: One 0) space per each four (4) beds. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />Section 10.110 of the City Code of the City of RoseviHe is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as foHows: <br /> <br />10.110. Size of Off-Street Parking Areas. Space for a single <br />vehicles shaH be nine (9) feet by eighteen (18) feet or larger, provided <br />up to fifty (50) percent of the required spaces may be not less than <br />eight (8) feet by eighteen (18) feet when posted "compact vehicles <br />only". Aisles for ingress and egress shaH be provided and shaH be a <br />maximum of twenty-four (24) feet in width. <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />Section 13.060, Subsections (2) and (3), of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />RoseviHe are hereby amended to read as foHows: <br /> <br />(2) Terraces, steps, uncovered porches and patios, stoops, or <br />similar features, provided they do not extend above the height of the <br />ground floor level of the principal structure or to a distance less than <br />two (2) feet from any lot line except that patios shaH not be less than <br />ten (0) feet from a street right-of-way. Fences in front yards which <br />do not exceed four (4) feet in height. <br /> <br />(3) Side or rear yard only: Bays not to exceed a depth of <br />three (3) feet or contain a gross area of more than thirty (30) square <br />feet; fire escapes not to exceed a width of three (3) feet and fences <br />or waHs not to exceed a height of six and one-half (6Y2) feet above <br />grade, except that in 'B' or II' Districts or on property lines in other <br />districts abutting 'B' or 'I' Districts, fences or waHs shaH not exceed <br />eight (8) feet above grade. <br /> <br />X. <br /> <br />Section 14.050 of the City Code of the City of RoseviHe is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as foHows: <br />
