<br />14.050. Mobile Signs Prohibited. No person shall place, or <br />allow to be placed, a mobile sign on any public or private property <br />within the City. <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br />Section 14.150 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />14.150. Temporary Signs. Permits for temporary signs, <br />other than those allowed elsewhere in this chapter, may be issued for <br />periods not to exceed thirty (30) days. During any calendar year only <br />two (2) such permits may be issued for temporary signs on a parcel of <br />property and there shall be at least a ninety (90) day period between <br />such permit effective dates. The surface of any temporary sign shall <br />not exceed seventy-five (75) square feet. If spotlights are used in <br />conjunction with temporary signs, such lights shall not be operated <br />during more than five (5) days in conjunction with any single permit <br />and shall be placed in such a manner so as to not to constitute a <br />traffic hazard. <br /> <br />XII. <br /> <br />Section 14.170 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />14.170. Directional Signs. Where a site plan approval is <br />required by this Code for the development of a parcel or parcels of <br />property, and where one way access and egress drives are incorpo- <br />rated in the site plan, a sign indicating traffic direction no more than <br />eighteen (18) inches by thirty-six (36) inches may be placed at the <br />access or egress drive no closer than one (1) foot from the public <br />street right-of-way. Other directional signs may be incorporated into <br />the site plan, including information such as house numbers, manage- <br />ment office location, or other information necessary to direct persons <br />to facilities or areas within the development, provided, however, that <br />such signs shall not exceed eighteen (18) inches by thirty-six (36) <br />inches in size. <br /> <br />XIII. <br /> <br />Section 14.200, Subsection (2), of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) Exclusive of house numbers, one name plate sign for each <br />dwelling group of six (6) to twelve (12) units which shall not exceed <br />six (6) square feet in area per surface.
